Discovery outing and cooking workshop focusing on edible wild plants
Come and enjoy a unique experience focusing on edible and medicinal wild plants during the ‘First shoots of 2026’ activity! Join us on Saturday 21 March 2026, from 1pm to 7pm, in Crassier, for a fun and enriching day open to anyone interested in nature and cooking. On the programme: the first part will be spent in the field observing, identifying and picking the very first shoots of the year, guided by an enthusiast who will share their knowledge on how to recognise plants safely. This will be followed by a participatory cooking workshop: everyone will lend a hand to prepare a gourmet dinner party together, showcasing the treasures harvested from nature. The session will end with a convivial tasting of our culinary creations, encouraging sharing and the discovery of wild flavours. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced enthusiast, this activity is designed for everyone, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Registration is required to secure your place!
