For the insatiable picker, the month of April is one of the best times of the year. After the timid beginnings of March, the vegetation explodes. Soil, bushes, trees, all floors are adorned with young shoots, each more delicious than the other, and their tasting has no limits but those of the imagination.
During this outing, we will learn to recognize several plants typical of this part of the year and to harvest them. Then, we will make some simple preparations to be tasted during a nice moment of conviviality.
