The sporting event of La Côte is the Nyon Triathlon.
The Nyon Triathlon, the largest triathlon in Switzerland organised 100% by volunteers, welcomes every year nearly 3,000 athletes and 600 volunteers, of all ages (from 5 years upwards) in races adapted to all levels, as well as for beginners and people with special needs. In 2026, the FISU University World Championships will be held alongside the popular races, providing an even more spectacular event for the people of the region.
