A Swiss olive grove between the lake and the Jura
Les Oliviers de Begnins was born from an unusual idea: growing olive trees on the slopes of La Côte, in the heart of a landscape traditionally shaped by vineyards.
Planted from 2023 onwards, the olive grove now comprises around 220 trees, mainly Frantoio and Leccino varieties, selected for their resistance to cold and their ability to adapt to the local climate.
Nathalie and Frédéric share their passion through olive oil production as well as courses and experiences focusing on olive growing, olive oil appreciation and tasting.
