Workshop for nature lovers and foodies!
This one-day workshop is ideal for anyone who loves nature, cooking and good food. In the morning, we will be out in the field learning about the many species of wild plants that grow in our region. You will use all your senses to connect with them and learn how to recognise them. After a picnic in the countryside (or indoors if the weather is cold or rainy), we will harvest several species of wild plants. In the afternoon, we will settle down in a warm and welcoming space for a cooking workshop, where you will be guided in preparing a delicious menu consisting of an aperitif, a starter, a main course and a dessert, mainly based on wild plants. This day of sharing and discovery will end on a convivial note with a magnificent, healthy and colourful meal cooked by us.
