A long time ago, as Gepetto was preparing to close his workshop after a hard day's work, an old acquaintance burst into the shop with the firm intention of buying from him and leaving with the seven small sculptures that Gepetto had made for his son Pinocchio's first birthday.
Unfortunately, a few hours later after his refusal, the seven objects had disappeared, leaving the old man in deep sadness, with the regret of not being able to give them to his son.
However, the story did not end there. On that famous evening, Pinocchio had watched the whole conversation from his favourite hiding place. And he had even witnessed the theft of the objects by this old acquaintance who was none other than the owner of the town's puppet theatre.
Pinocchio, who knew him well, decided to carry out a secret operation to find the 7 objects, bring them back to the workshop and put them back in their right places.
Since this little mishap, Gepetto hid them in different places in his workshop so that no one could steal them.
