Daniel is a renowned contemporary artist. He received his traditional training in Florence at the internationally recognized school of Charles H. Cecil.
In 2019, his 'Self Portrait No.3' joins the public collection of the National Library of Wales. Daniel enjoys painting from life and while he employs a technique for portraiture that has endured since the Renaissance, his conceptually original and creative projects give his work a unique style. In addition to specializing in portraiture and figurative art in his studio in Founex, Daniel spends much of his time traveling and painting on location. His paintings can be found in public and private collections throughout Europe, Asia and America.
In 2022 Daniel was named a Fellow of the Royal Cambrian Academy (RCA).
