In the Vaud Jura Parc, during summer, several local cheesemongers give you the possibility to discover how cheese and other dairy products are being produced hand-made.
Visits are possible from early June to late September, until the traditional « Désalpe » event, where you can see the flower-decorated cows descending back from the meadows down to the village.
Cheesemongers produce and sell the Gruyère AOP, fromage à raclette, tommes, butter and curd cheese.
