La Givrine Alpine pasture is just a few minutes from the train station and La Givrine car park, in the heart of the Jura Vaudois Nature Park where you can discover the secrets of cheese making.
The Pradervand family, who are the owners of the estate, welcomes you during the summer season. The production of cheese starts at 7am. Direct sales are made at the farm (Gruyère, raclette, butter, sérac, cream). There is no catering service provided.
La Givrine Pass is the starting point for many hiking trails.
