In "Pool à Facettes", Phanee de Pool blends humour, personal storytelling and music to trace her unconventional journey. Her first solo theatre show brings together playful imagination, emotion and reflection.
Known for her loop pedal, guitar and distinctive ‘slap’ style, Phanee de Pool reveals another side of herself in her first solo theatre show, inspired by her book Pool à Facettes. Ten years after leaving the police for music, she looks back on her life’s major turning points with humour and sensitivity.
From growing up in a family of artists to buried dreams, a police uniform and a passion for writing, she weaves a delightfully unruly personal story. Directed by Sandra Gaudin, the show combines laughter, reflection and musical touches.
