Who hasn’t wondered what came before? Before prehistory, before the dinosaurs, before the Big Bang, before time itself?
Kosmos embraces the age-old wonder of these questions, to which there are never any definitive answers – questions that have fired the imagination ever since humankind first looked up at the stars… and began to invent stories.
Among all these, Jasmina and Lara have chosen a very old one that comes to us from the Greeks: the story of a girl called Gaia, who created the sky, the mountains and crisps, and then had a son, a certain Cronus, who himself had some rather famous children.
Armed with a host of props, the two actresses play the role of shape-shifting creators and revisit Greek cosmology with an inventiveness and humour that spill over across the entire stage.
