Introduction to Biathlon at Col de la Givrine – Saint-Cergue
Discover the joys of biathlon in a unique natural environment in the heart of the Vaud Jura!
Our introductory biathlon course is aimed at anyone aged 5 and above who wants to enjoy a unique, fun sporting experience.
Biathlon combines two complementary disciplines: the endurance of skiing (or running, depending on the season) and the precision of shooting.
During this introductory course, you will learn how to manage your effort, control your breathing and find your calm so you can aim accurately – just like top athletes! The introductory course uses laser rifles, which have no recoil and are completely safe.
Shooting takes place at 10 metres, on electronic targets that react as they would in competition, offering a realistic and fun experience, without any danger.
Whether you are an experienced sportsman or simply curious, the activity is designed to be accessible to all levels.
