Drawing has always been with me.
It's my ally in transcribing and conveying emotions.
An intention takes shape in a corner of my head, the image is constructed, modified and evolves over days and sometimes weeks... then one day the project becomes reality, and my hands are the humble executors of my thoughts.
I had the privilege of travelling to South Africa this winter and I brought back, among a thousand other things, the shock of the colours of the sky, the subject of this exhibition came to me!
I chose the pigment technique because of the richness and intensity of its colours.
Finished in Indian ink, the little giraffes represent the African signature.
In the presence of the artist on Saturdays and Sundays from 14.00 - 17.00.
