Each year, La Voie Des Sens puts the historic BAM train on the tracks approximately once a week, from Thursday to Sunday (excluding maintenance periods), to offer outings on various gourmet themes.
Always appreciated, tartare invites itself aboard the historic BAM train. A 3-course menu that gives pride of place to this culinary form and allows you to discover two variations of it (three if you count the dessert, which also recalls the idea of a tartare...).
