During a lovely walk along the banks of the Curbit, every opportunity will be taken to learn more about the main edible and medicinal wild plants of the plain. Supervised by an experienced mid-mountain guide, the walk allows participants to immerse themselves in nature and discover the wild flora.
During a nice walk along the banks of the Curbit, every opportunity will be taken to learn more about the main edible and medicinal wild plants of the plain. For each plant, it will be a question of defining the criteria of recognition, to take knowledge of its principal virtues and to learn how to collect it in a sure way and respectful of the biodiversity.
After a few hours, the walk will include a stop under the foliage to cook on a wood fire some of the treasures found during the walk. This will also be an opportunity to share a moment with the participants and perhaps with wild companions...
