The Cantabile Choir will perform Ludwig van Beethoven’s Mass in C major, Op. 86, and his Fantasy, Op. 80, for piano, choir and orchestra.
The Mass in C major is a work that expresses an intimate and human spirituality, a far cry from the pomp and splendour of Prince Esterhazy’s era.
