Dedicated to regional flora and fauna, the 3-hectare La Garenne park comprises an immersive discovery area, a shop, a restaurant serving local and/or organic produce, children’s play areas and a wildlife rescue centre.
As you stroll around, you’ll discover lynx, wolves, Europe’s tallest aviary with its bearded vultures, marmots, ibex, vultures and many other animals.
There are various picnic areas throughout the park. The paths and facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility and pushchairs.
Educational activities, guided tours, birthday parties and events are organised on request.
The park participates in several international programmes for the reintroduction of endangered species and places particular emphasis on raising public awareness of nature conservation.
