Luins - Gastronomy & wine
A la découverte du Bourru, is a tradition in the heart of the Côte vineyard. Some winegrowers from Begnins, Luins, Vinzel and Bursins open their cellars to wine lovers. The "Bourru" is a new wine in the process of fermenting, still low in alcohol, which allows the discovery of a stage in the natural evolution of the product of their hillsides.
Since 1997, the winegrowers of Begnins, Luins, Vinzel and Bursins have been opening their cellars to wine lovers on the first weekend in November. You can wander from cellar to cellar to discover the "BOURRU". This is a new wine in the process of fermenting, still low in alcohol, which allows you to discover a stage in the natural evolution of the product of their hillsides.
You will discover unsuspected places ranging from the deep cellar inhabited by magnificent oak tuns, to the modern press just resting after the freshly finished harvest.
At some of the cellars you will be able to taste the wines in bottle, allowing you to add to your cellar the one or two you have enjoyed the most!
The purchase of a glass (CHF 15.-) will allow you to discover the wines
