Our specialty. Horse meat is a red meat from a selected breeding and a controlled feeding, requested by its amateurs for its nutritional qualities. Rich in proteins and iron, its originality is to provide carbohydrates that give it a characteristic sweet taste. Its lean and tender meat is best eaten rare. Horse meat can be cooked like beef and can easily replace it.
Elk is a red meat with a unique taste to discover. Very lean meat, rich in proteins, reducing very little during cooking, the elk will offer you a venison with a texture that melts in the mouth.
