Remains of the ancient town wall and of the Tour de l'Horloge fiercely decorate the town's entrance. St-Prex was built in 1234 under the Lausanne's Evêché. The small town enjoys several beaches.
Nature lovers will be enchanted by the quantity of walks starting from St-Prex: the Sentier du Lac, the Sentier de la Truite and the Sentier du Patrimoine.
