Domaine des Chantailles in Tartegnin in the heart of a famous Vaudois winegrowing region produces a dozen vintages, assemblages and single-grape wines. A reception room is available for celebrations combined with tasting sessions of the estate’s wines.
The Déruaz family holds the Vaud Œnotourisme certification. It receives visitors wishing to taste their range of thirteen wines that are vinified, matured and bottled at the estate. Fans of assemblages or single-grape varieties love their Chasselas, “Symphonie” (assemblage of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Diolinor and Carminoir) and “Nocturne” (Galotta grape variety, little known). The estate’s pasteurised red or white grape juice delights children and adults alike.
Certified Vaud Wine Tourism
These wines and other vintages are produced in a vineyard area of 9.5 hectares in Tartegnin and Mont-sur-Rolle. To preserve mother nature, they are grown according to the principles of integrated production, including the biodynamic method on one of the plots.
Domaine des Chantailles has set up a reception room with a capacity of 50 attendants or 75 in summer thanks to the covered terrace. One of the conditions of rental is consuming the estate's wines.
