In the pretty village of Chavannes-de-Bogis between Nyon and Geneva, Auberge le Relais offers a café, a restaurant (13 points in the GaultMillau) and five guest rooms. Guests can enjoy their meal on the terrace in summer and in the carnotzet in winter.
The Auberge Le Relais offers different menus for tasting delicious dishes from regional products as well as classics from the chef and an inspiring menu.
The menu called “Flavours of the Market” is made from fresh seasonal products, the menu “Relais Classics” is an ode to brasserie dishes (bouillabaisse is a worthy representative), while “The Chef’s Inspirations” come as 3, 4, 5 or six dishes that show the expertise of Chef Gullaume Trouillot, who has been rewarded with 13 GaultMillau points.
In summer, the beautiful terrace provides a casual touch. In winter, a friendly carnotzet is the ideal place to share typically Swiss cheese specialties.
