In a building of the 19th century in the old town of Nyon, Chef Tom Watson offers comfort food from his native country, England. The Fish and Chips and English Breakfast offered on Saturday are the stars of the menu. However other surprises await you.
Café du Marché in the old town of Nyon offers various traditional and modern dishes. The restaurant has been awarded 13 GaultMillau points. The Chef’s motto is: “I like to cook what I like to eat”. A brunch is offered every Saturday. The menu card features local and seasonal products and comprises international and contemporary dishes.
A native from England and raised by his restaurant-owning parents, Chef and boss Tom Watson cooks the famous British fish and chips to perfection! So it comes as no surprise that there are many English-speaking guests. The Saturday brunch is also imbued with London tradition: a marvellous English breakfast and several types of poached eggs.
