On the programme:
Morning:
Welcome and transportation to the picking sites.
Meditations related to the plants we'll be picking, observation of the plants.
Lunch: picnic
Afternoon meal:
Return to Crassier to the Maison du Pétiole Sauvage, creation of botanical plates: observation of the plants, then graphite pencil drawings of some of the plants, accompanied by the culinary and medicinal properties of the plants studied.
Late afternoon: preparation of part of the aperitif with the wild plants gathered in the morning, followed by a convivial tasting of the culinary creations.
