Sale of wines and tasting in the heart of Mont-sur-Rolle.
This domain of 10 hectares practically in one piece is a pioneer in the Vaud region thanks to the diversity of its grape varieties. The reputation of its wines is due to a remarkable clay-limestone terroir bringing together all the qualifying factors defining a Grand Cru: exposure, drainage, very hot soil in spring, root permeability, fertility, water regulation, early micoclimate.
Manual harvest in crates, strict sorting of the grapes, low yields, slow fermentation, aging on lees in tuns or barrels, no fining, light filtration for the whites only, quality is always the key word.
