Rich of a unique history, the La Côte Region abounds of classified sites with great history, which encourages to revive the past. Whatever are your interests and aspirations, your curiositty will be satisfied thanks to a large variety of museums, castles or medieval towns.

The La Côte Region counts a large number of magnificent castles which look like paintings, inviting you to cross the frontier of a wonderful journey into the past. It also counts several roman archeological remains, left during the reign of Julius Cesar.

Some can be visited, while others are still inhabited by their tenants. Some can only be admired from a certain distance. But they all are reflections of the past, witnessing a rich historical, artistic and architectural heritage.
